APPLICATIONS PENDING! Wonderful, cozy, light & bright guesthouse with a beautiful valley view and private wrap-around deck which will be available the end of July for $1600 per month. The peaceful neighborhood is not on a through street, and is located about 2/3 mile up Country Club Drive before the village. This is a detached one bedroom guesthouse unit with a separately accessed bonus room/office off of the carport. All utilities including internet and satellite TV, gas, electricity, water and trash service are included in the rent for one tenant, and are connected to the accounts of the main house owners. That home is completely separate and situated up the hill allowing for great privacy for both parties. The right side of the 2-car carport is included with the guesthouse and accesses the carpeted bonus room/office. This room has barn-wood shelves for storage, or decorative trinket display, and a long clothes rod in an extended section of the room that serves as a closet. There is additional storage available in the water heater closet off the carport. You will feel right at home when you enter the main house from the front deck into the living room of the guesthouse! The kitchenette space is off to the left of the large living room and has adjustable track lighting to subdue the cozy area. This lovely home has light stained wide-plank pine floors throughout, linoleum in the bathroom. Due to the pine wood flooring, area rugs and runners are supplied and their use is required to protect the wood flooring. The living room has two large skylights with adjustable track lighting on either side of them and the west wall consists of two sliding doors with muslin curtains looking out over the private deck with a gorgeous valley view and wonderful sunsets. There is a window with shutters that looks out to the front of the property. The natural gas free-standing heater looks like a wood stove, and heats the home nicely with the flip of a switch. The efficiency kitchenette to the left has tile countertops and a rounded solid tile sink, cupboards, drawers, a full size refrigerator with bottom pull out freezer, a rolling butcher block with two shelves and a drawer, and a two-burner electric cooktop. There is also a small under-counter refrigerator which could double as a cupboard for canned goods, etc. if desired. Microwave and toaster oven are not supplied. The nice sized bedroom has a closet with bi-fold doors, there is one window with shutters and a sliding door with muslin curtains that exits onto the private and sunny deck. The bathroom is entered through a separate door in the bedroom so the bedroom suite area is private from the main living area. There is a large skylight above the sink, tiled shower over tub with a high window, toilet, sink with tiled vanity top and storage cupboards and drawers. There is a decorative mirror and light fixture and a cute wood and glass wall cabinet. This unit is available unfurnished contrary to the pictures although the owner may be able to negotiate adding certain items. No laundry facilities are available. Tenant will be required to get a post office box for mail delivery. Coast & Valley Rentals is processing applications and placing the tenant and the property will then be managed by the homeowner.
