We're looking for a long term renter - 12 months!
When you stay in this property, it's like being on vacation all the time. Walk down to the beautiful Strands / Salt Creek Beach from this lovely 3 bed, 2 bath, 2 patio, ground floor unit in Niguel Beach Terrace. The owner may approve one small, well behaved dog. Please submit photo and description of your pet with your application.
This upgraded unit has a California King bed and a private patio that overlooks the ocean in the master, two twin beds in the 2nd bedroom, and a queen bed in bedroom 3. Featuring a fully stocked kitchen, cable TV, DVD player, a phone (for local calls only), internet, ceiling fans, full sized washer/dryer in the unit, gas BBQ (however, we don't promise there will be propane in the tank) and 2 ocean view patios.
The community of Niguel Beach Terrace is located at the bluff, with walking access down to the beach (at the north side of the parking lot). There is a lovely swimming pool and spa, plus a separate more private spa.
Dana Point is a hidden treasure! Easy access to the 5 freeway, theme parks, shopping, restaurants, and some of the prettiest beaches in the world! Walk from your condo down to the beautiful sandy beaches, or take the Funicular down to the sand. Walk over to the Ritz Carlton for cocktails, or catch a ride up to the St. Regis Hotel in Monarch Beach.
Owners pays all utilities AND provides internet with wifi, basic cable TV and basic telephone service
 

What I love about the home

It feels like you're ON VACATION when you're here. The ocean breeze. Sunsets. Views of the water from every window.
