The community of Niguel Beach Terrace is located at the bluff, with walking access down to the beach (at the north side of the parking lot). There is a lovely swimming pool and spa, plus a separate more private spa.
Dana Point is a hidden treasure! Easy access to the 5 freeway, theme parks, shopping, restaurants, and some of the prettiest beaches in the world! Walk from your condo down to the beautiful sandy beaches, or take the Funicular down to the sand. Walk over to the Ritz Carlton for cocktails, or catch a ride up to the St. Regis Hotel in Monarch Beach.
