One of the largest lots available within city limits.
This is a great year round family home or vacation home for the avid winter skier and/or summer golfer and boater.
Could also be a great vacation rental or investment property.
New gas stove in the family/rec room and gas line line behind the kitchen for a gas range.
Beautiful 180 degree wood burning fireplace in the front room. 1.5 cords of wood can be left to the new owner.
Some of the furniture can be negotiable as well.
Neighborhood Description
The neighborhood is very quiet. Neighbors on the left and right own and use for personal vacations only. The Tahoe Conservancy owns the wooded property across the steet. New construction on our steet and neighborring street with homes going selling up to $1.2MM.
Easy access to Pioneer Trail and Highway 50.
About 1.5 miles from the lake with easy access beaches.
Great 9 hole muni golf course that's only $15 for locals.
18 hole disc golf course, skate park, and children's park within walking distance.
About 3 miles to Heavenly Village, Heavenly Ski Resort and the Nevada state line and casinos. 1.3 miles to the CA Lodge of Heavenly Ski Resort.
 

What I love about the home

Excellent location in South Lake Tahoe, CA. Very family friendly open floor plan. Large front room upon entry, combined kitchen, living room and dining area. Off the kitchen is the large family room with new gas stove. Large windows with beautiful mountain and tree views. Down the hall off the front room is a full bath, laundry room, two bedrooms and a master bedroom with a private bathrom. We love this house and love living in Lake Tahoe. We are moving the family because of work relocation.
