What I love about the home

This is a perfect home for the couple or the family. A wonderful, safe neighborhood where we've always enjoyed strolling, visiting with neighbors and relaxing. The park is a great bonus to this location; there's a great walking/running/biking path, baseball, and frisbee golf. I especially love to sit at the front bay window in the living room with a hot cup of tea and soak up the sun. We've just finished updating the basement so its bright and cozy year-round. The floor is heated and it has sliding glass doors to let in a lot of light. We've also replaced all the windows, the siding, the front gutters/soffits and the hot water heater. This has been an amazing home and we're sure you'll love it!
