This 3bd/2ba Loma Portal home has great curb appeal. The living room has some city views. A formal dining room leads to a spacious backyard. The updated kitchen has stainless steel appliances. Hardwood floors in most rooms. Eco friendly with all new double pane windows, a tankless water heater and a $27,000 solar system (electric bill~$6 a month). Third bedroom is small with laundry hookups, best as an office. New air conditioning, heating and garage door. Repainted inside and out.New roof has just been added this yr 2011, Plus a new Wood Deck was added this yr.
