My Notes

Excellent, very well maintained home that is in move-in ready condition. This home offers a great floor plan with formal dining room, formal living room, and family room with gas fireplace and vaulted ceilings. The kitchen offers plenty of cabinet and counter space and includes a breakfast area. The master bedroom with tray ceiling has plenty of room and the master bath offers separate shower and tub, dual vanities, and walk-in closet. The secondary bedrooms are of nice size and share a nice bathroom. This house is in great condition including the roof that is only a few months old. The backyard is fenced with a privacy fence and has a patio and garden area. The 2 car garage has tons of space with a pull down staircase with access to the attic for extra storage.
