Just Listed Contact Listing Agent, Mary McTernan from the McT Real Estate Group at 619-818-8122 or www.MaryMcTsoldme.com for accurate information of this home and when it will be available for the public to see and buy!!!!!............................................. Offered at $799,000-$849,000....................Beautiful Spanish Style home located in the desirable and sought out neighborhood of Morley Field in North Park, one block in from the park. Recently designed and remodeled mostly by Marrokal, a well known design and remodeling company in San Diego. Some features include an inviting entryway with flagstone pathway, a fountain exuding serenity, professionally designed landscape, including a drip system, French drain system and lighting on each step as you walk up into the home. The outside has been completely re-stucco'd with a spanish style finish and warm color that is appealing to the eye. Enter in the Mission Grille style door into the living room featuring a cozy gas fireplace restored by Authentic Fireplaces. An open layout with hardwood floors, wood molding and trim, inset ceilings throughout adding character and craftsmanship to the design. French Doors in the dining room lead out to the large and private balcony underneath a beautiful trellis with views of the park, designed for outdoor dining and entertainment. The kitchen is bright with lot's of natural light, and embraced with a plenitude of cabinets, and counter space. French Doors lead out to the very private back yard dressed with pavers and very low maintenance. Another great feature are the double glazed high performance Low E windows and with the newly insulation of this home, you rarely have to use the central heat or ac, although it is nice to have it available these days. So much more that just not fit with-in this text box....

Neighborhood: North Park

Zillow predicts North Park home values will rise 12% next year, compared to a 9.6% increase for San Diego as a whole. Among North Park homes, this home is valued 72.2% more than the midpoint (median) home, and is valued 27.7% more per square foot.

Foreclosures will be a factor impacting home values in the next several years. In the North Park market, the number of foreclosures waiting to be sold decreased 23.1% in the last year. The number of unsold foreclosures is 12.2% higher than in San Diego, and 22.7% lower than the national average. This higher local number may prevent North Park home values from rising as quickly as other regions in San Diego.
