This is an amazing house!North Park is a wonderful residential neighborhood located just north of Balboa Park and the World Famous San Diego Zoo. Bordered by Hillcrest, University Heights and South
Park, it is about a 5 to 10 minutes drive through the park to downtown San Diego, the Historic Gaslamp District, and Petco Park Padres baseball stadium. Within 15 minutes are 4 major beaches; Coronado, Ocean Beach, Mission Beach and Pacific Beach. The North Park neighborhood has recently undergone a major renaissance. The old North Park Theater has been rebuilt and now houses classic movies and wonderful concerts. The neighborhood is full of incredible restaurants and shops. Just a block away is Morley Field Park recreation area and Balboa Park. Enjoy hiking trails, mountain bike trails, a velodrome, tennis courts, baseball fields, bocce ball, children's play ground.
