Spacious Home. This lovely apartment has a renovated open kitchen with cherry wood cabinets and an island to have breakfast or conversation while cooking. The full sized dining room can easliy be made into a bedroom or den. Closet space are more than ample and with the right configuration there is room to grow. The bath is original good condition. The apartment is quiet and faces north, but gets plenty of natural light. A washer/dryer may be added with Board Approval. There are storage lockers and a bike rack, plus the building is pet friendly. There is a $97.00 assessment for the conversion of oil to gas thru 2014. The building has a 24 hour dorman, live-in super, is accessible to a garage and is 3 blocks to the Lexington Ave. Subway, and only 1/2 a block to the upcoming 2nd Ave. subway. Fairways is only 1 block away and the New whole Food Store will be 2 blocks over.  More Less
