Very quiet and convenient! ABOUT US: We are between the age of 21 and 28, both male and female, educated, work full time. Live in a healthy life style. Do not do drug. We don't have pets either. I am looking for some clean and responsible roommates only. ABOUT THE HOUSE * It's a large 1-story, 2050 sq.ft. house on a large lot * Large living room, and dining areas * New Kitchen appliances, new dining table, new sofa, new coffee table, etc. * New bathroom tub, vanity sink, and toilets, new paint. * Close to most of the things, * 6 minutes to freeway 78 and the shopping mall and banking center at Sycamore Ave and University Dr in Vista. * 8 minutes to freeway 15 via twin oaks valley road in San Marcos * 12 minutes to Cal state San Marcos and Palomar College. * Full size new washer and new dryer in the garage. Free! No coin-machine! That will save you an average of $25 a month. * Spacious back yard with a pool. * Dural band Wi Fi internet access, which can offer you supper fast internet speed. * All rooms have wood flooring, closet * some of the rooms have a deck out to the garden with a nice view * Parking inside of the gate, Free! * central AC and heat! IMPORTANT TERMS: * NO illegal drugs and NO drunkenness. * No pets. * No Police issues, No history of evictions, aggression, or violence. A back ground check will be required at your expense of $50, or you can get your background check report online yourself without paying me anything. * Disrespectful or destructive behavior will not be tolerated and you are responsible for the actions of anyone that you invite onto the property. * No smoking inside or outside. * Occasional guest is understandable, but if you have 2 persons living together, there will be $95 extra per month to cover the utility cost, and the use of the house. * This is not a party house. * You have full house privileges, * During the week cannot play loud music between 10:00pm and 6:00 am. Weekends cannot play loud music between 11:30pm and 8:00 am. THE PET SITUATION: Sorry, No pets. ROOMMATE QUALIFICATIONS * Most importantly, you must be a trustworthy, responsible, and respectful person. * You need to have adequate and stable income and be able to prove it. * You are the type of person who cleans up after yourself and takes responsibility for your actions. * You're a kind, sociable, an easy person to be around. * NON SMOKER, NO DRUG USER. RENTAL TERMS * you will be expected to always clean up after yourself (and your guests) and do your share of household cleaning and chores regularly and often. * Normal use of utilities is included in the rent. * Rent is $500 per month with a shared bathroom and a private entrance. * 6 months lease required.
