My Notes

Edit
This stunning, Victorian antique home is one of a kind in Bloomington. Literally only a few minutes walk of downtown and the square and directly on the B-line trail, this home was completely renovated in 1994 by CFC and Prichett Brothers Construction. Central air and new furnace were installed at that time, with a complete wiring upgrade to 200 amp service, cable access for bedrooms and living rooms and updated plumbing. All while maintaining the antique charm of this wonderful home. Enter to a beautiful staircase and foyer, with welcoming hardwood and 12 foot ceilings and window transoms above the doorways to the rooms. 15 feet by 15 feet makes the living room comfortable for almost any living room suite you may bring. Master bedroom, dining room, kitchen and upstairs rooms all offer lots of space. The kitchen has Aristocraft cabinets and boasts a pantry/mud room that is larger than kitchens in many more average homes. Wonderfully tall windows are throughout the house and allow lots of daylight to warm the interior. All windows have been replaced with insulated, newer versions, but are installed in the existing window sashes to maintain the home's charm. Seller installed and leveled floors in the home to give it all oak hardwood in the living room, dining room, hall and bedroom. The master bath is nothing but stunning, with a two person jetted tub, heated tiles, walk-in closet and walk-in rainfall shower and custom riverstone flooring. New fireplaces installed in both the living room and master bedroom, new refrigerator and new range/oven since the owner's purchase of the home, new, high efficiency dishwasher, granite counter tops all new via the current owner. In addition, the seller constructed a two car, detached garage, something very uncommon for this historic neighborhood. Call today for your chance to see the wonderful home!  More Less
