beautiful home, very spacious living. a large area area in the upstairs w/a pool table and built in cabinets. Custom paint. Custom floors. Granite kitchen, stainless steel appliances.
Neighborhood Description
Gates community, culd-e-sac, there are a variet y of families here, from little kids to older kids to just adults. ITs a small quaint neighborhood which we really enjoy, there is not too much of anything and the kids can ride their bikes and play outside in front and you feel they are safe. I LOVE the location because we are near shopping and freeway, however, since we are on the BIGGEST lot on the street and tucked in the corner, its completely quiet, you'd never know you were so close to Via De La Valle. Wow, writing all this makes me NEVER want to sell. LOL 

What I love about the home

EVERYTHING. Also, the back yard and court yard are COMPLETELY private. i love the the design, all the rooms, our neighborhood. rose garden, fruit trees, disappearing screens where all the french doors are.
