EXCELLENT NEIGHBORHOOD. I LOVE THE CONVENIENCE OF GETTING OFF THE BUS IN FRONT OF MY DEVELOPMENT AND I'M HOME. THIS IS ESPECIALLY GREAT IN THE WINTER OR STORM SEASON. IT IS CERTAINLY A COMMUTER'S DELIGHT! EVERYTHING IS NEARBY, THE PEOPLE ARE FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS. COME AND VISIT AND BECOME PART OF THIS GREAT AREA. SHOPPING IS ALSO 1-2 BLOCKS AWAY. GREAT FOR THOSE WHO DON'T DRIVE AND NEED ACCESS TO EVERYTHING! NO STRESS, JUST REST AND ENJOY THE POOL AND AMENITIES. 

What I love about the home

THE UNIT IS EVERY LARGE AND ACCOMMODATES A LARGE FAMILY AND IS GREAT FOR HOLIDAY ENTERTAINING. I LOVE THE FACT THAT MY CHILDREN HAVE A POOL, PLAY AREA, AND ALL THE CONVENIENCES OF HAVING ACCESS TO MALLS, STORES, SCHOOLS, BUSES ALL WITHIN 2-3 BLOCKS FROM THE PREMISES. ALL CONVENIENCES WITH NO HASSLES. NYC BUS RIDE IS 45MINS AND IS JUST RIGHT IN FRONT OF MY COMPLEX.
