Great price to own a home in Franklin!! Brand new roof and vinyl windows and shutters are 6 years old along with soffit, aluminum exterior trim. House has lots of great extras with hardwood floors, freshly painted interior and a cabinet packed kitchen. Covered porch adds more room as a mud room or a place to sit and relax. Basement is finished with a pellet stove for an additional Family Room, Play Room or Bedroom (current use is a additional Bedroom and Family Room). The backyard is enclosed with plenty of place to entertain or play. Spring will bring you a wonderful surprise with lots of flowering trees and plants. Great spot for commuters close to RT495, downtown and the commuter rail.
