Indulge yourself in this gorgeous, newly redone Castro lower flat. Eureka St. 55 inch LCD TV (Basic Cable) Laundry machines in unit, Well equipped kitchen features induction electric range with convection, microwave oven, dishwasher, ice maker, blender, toaster oven. Marble lined bathrooms. Two King beds + separate futon. All for a fraction of the cost of staying at a luxury hotel. Compare with hotel suites at $675+ Discounted parking is available onsite at $240 per month, but must be reserved at time of reservation. Cozy patio perfect for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails before heading out. If you are going to rent the parking onsite, make sure your car is not over 6' high or wide. The driveway is narrow. It is just a few blocks to the Castro Station underground for easy access to the Ferry building, Fisherman's wharf, Chinatown, Union Square, Financial district, SOMA, South Beach. My favorite restaurants in the area: Frances, L'Ardoise, Eureka Lounge, Anchor Oyster Bar, Firewood Cafe, Catch, Thai Express, Thai Chef, Brandy Ho's. Coffee Shops in the area: Peets, Starbucks, Spike's. Banks: Wellsfargo, B of A, Citi, US Bank. Grocery Stores: Buffalo, Mollie Stone's.
