My Notes

Apartment shared with lovely roommates! There are three young art students living here, sharing living room dining room, and kitchen. This is a beautiful apartment with swimming pool, fitness room and laundry. There's everything you need in the apartment. Besides, I can sell you my full bed with mattress $80 if you need them. You share a room with a 17 year-old girl who spends most of her time in school. You have your own parking space, and it's free. Sign contract with leasing office so credit check required. The rent of apartment is 1,945, and divided by 4 is 486.25, which excludes utility fee. You can move in immediately. (I've already moved out.)
If you are going to move in in Oct, I'll pay half rent for you. (You only have to pay $243 in Oct!!)
Near Trader Joe's, Macy's, ROSS (South Lake Avenue), Cal Tech. 15 min walk to Old Pasadena. 10 min walk to Del Mar Station.
