There is a wet weather creek running through the front yard and even in the heaviest rains and floods in this area has never come near the house.
We have a backyard chicken coop that is fenced off from the rest of the yard. We also have a large raised garden bed in the back, where we grow food, it is approximately 8 x 30 ft.
