What I love about the home

The private front & back areas on almost 1/3 acre. You aren't looking at the neighbors house across the street & the back is totally private from the older trees surrounding the property. Love the 1 story floor plan. The kitchen/living area are open & great for entertaining. The pool has a beach entry so the little ones can splash around also.
