Spacious family home great for a growing family. Four spacious bedrooms. Giant closets in each room with built in four drawer dresser and drawers below. Spacious laundry room. Recovered wood floors throughout. Private fenced backyard with developed landscaping. 2 car garage.
Neighborhood Description
This is a quiet neighborhood with great conveniences for families. This street is conveniently located within walking distance to the elementary school and the middle school as well as the fantastic Aztec Park. All houses on the street are well maintained and have great curb appeal. The neighbors are all family oriented, with kids or grandchildren. Because the street is not a through street, there is limited traffic and limited traffic noise. However, this neighborhood is close by and in walking distance to many grocery stores, shops and restaurants as well as a dog park. 

What I love about the home

The size of this house is fantastic! A formal dining area, 2 living areas, spacious bedrooms with huge closets. Tons of storage space. Great built-ins including hallways linen closet and two kitchen pantries. The yard has an amazing spacious patio big enough for a separate play area and bbq/entertaining area. The awning over the patio is all wood and has its own roof. Yard is spacious with developed landscaping, many Southwest plants and shade tree. Front yard is easy to maintain xeriscaped landscaping. Wood burning fireplace and an eat-in kitchen. The neighborhood is a development neighborhood with friendly and caring residents. This is not a through street, so it provides the convenience of living near a highly rated elementary school and middle school, grocery stores (including a local organic specialty shop), coffee shops, restaurants, and in walking distance to two great parks, one with tennis courts, a small skate board area, two play areas of different sizes (for different aged kids!), soccer field, and a picnic area. The backyard offers a lot of shade and doesn't get too warm in the summer. A huge bonus for the Southwest.
