Both sides of a duplex for sale! Great cash flow in nice area North of City Park. Close to downtown, Stapleton, I-70, etc. 1st unit is a 1/1. Tenant just moved out and it was intentionally left vacant for showings. Very easy to rent. Was rented for $675, but $700 is very feasible. Seller is able to rent unit during contract period if desired. 2nd unit is a 4/1 and is rented for $990/month. Tenant has been there for 3+ years. Private yards with each unit. Newer carpet and paint. Units are metered individually.
