Recently updated (2013), Beautiful Waterfront Pool home with direct access to Charlotte Harbor and the Gulf of Mexico via the Myakka River. Located in Gulf Cove, a boating community on the Myakka River, just 4 lots from the river (with river views). Fabulous, Fero-built pool home. Fero Construction is widely regarded as one of the region's top, high-end, custom home builders. There is approximately 2340 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, each with huge roman showers. Open concept living area with "L" shaped glass sliding pocket doors that open the entire wall to the lanai and screened pool area. There is a new boat dock with new 6000# boat lift plus new cover. Ceramic tile and new Brazilian teak flooring are throughout the home - no carpeting! There is a double trey lighted ceiling with faux painting in the living room, plus a lighted trey in master bedroom and dining room. This home has 2 owner's suites, each with sliding glass pocket doors that open to pool area. There are custom cornice boards in all bedrooms. The tiled walkway to home features a custom mosaic at the outside entrance and gorgeous new leaded glass entry doors with a swordfish design.
The kitchen has new cherry wood cabinets, with huge pull out drawers below, beautiful new granite counter tops, and new stainless appliances. Additionally, there are two custom glass mosaics in the kitchen. There is a granite counter on breakfast bar and a new chandelier in the breakfast area. The lanai has new paver flooring and is large enough for a seating area, large outdoor table, chairs, and grilling area - all under roof! The pool has new saline filter system that requires very little maintenance, and is solar heated, completely screened, and landscaped for privacy. There is lush, tropical landscaping including palm trees, hibiscus, heliconia, bouganvilla, bananas and ginger plants. The large laundry room features a closet, built-in cabinetry, and shelving. The two car garager features cabinetry and shelving as well for extra storage. Additionally, the home has hurricane shutters for all windows, including pull-across shutters for pool lanai.
Neighborhood Description: Gulf Cove (on the Myakka River) is a boating community with fast access to Charlotte Harbor and the Gulf of Mexico. It has a private community park with boat launch.

The entire back of the home has sliding glass pocket doors that completely open it to the pool area with tropical landscaping & canal/river views.
