Two short blocks to Whole Foods, Gelson s, Paseo Colorado, Gold Line Del Mar Station, and Central Park in Old Town Pasadena. Walk to Lake Ave./Playhouse District, shops, restaurants, entertainment and schools, Cal Tech, PCC, Le Cordon Bleu. Must see!

What I love about the home

The location is a walker's paradise! It is a top floor/corner unit with only one common living room wall. Tree-top and mountain view from the balcony. The complex is a gated property with underground garages and elevator. The hallways and carpeting have just been replaced. The building will be replacing all patio railings and painting wood surfaces on the property. The pool furniture is teak and the pool and spa are in great condition.
