This 3 (possible 4) bdrm, 1.5 bath raised ranch home has a lot to offer! 4th bdrm would be a great office or den. The location is wonderful - over an acre of peaceful, quiet & private yard. The boiler was replaced in 2004, hardwood floors throughout (need some sprucing up.) The siding & bgutters are about 8 yrs old. It has a 1-car attached garage & an oversized 24 x 30 2.5 car detached garage w/2 doors (w/openers) in front and 1 in back. It's a wonderful person-cave and was bult in 2009.
