When developed, site will be accessed from the NWC of the signalized intersection of Clinton Keith Rd. and Inland Valley Dr which is the entrance to the Inland Valley Hospital and has a high traffic count. Property is approx. ? mile from the I-15 freeway. Site is elevated and has great visibility. Land use is designated MUPA Mixed Use Planning Area which allows up to 30% residential and the rest commercial uses including retail, restaurants, office, medical office and assisted living facilities. Directly across Clinton Keith to the south is a 375 unit apartment condo project currently under construction. To the east is an approved project for a Veterinary Hospital.  More Less
