Very unique custom built home. Starting with rocking chair front porch, 2X6 wall construction with R-21 cellulose insulation and R-45 in the ceiling, to the huge covered rear porch overlooking the back yard spa. The rooms are all very large with solid wood doors and large walk in closets throughout. All interior bedroom and bathroom walls have sound proofing, stain grade trim, double layers plywood floors glued and screwed, no squeaking in this home!! The home was built for energy efficiency, even a solar panel to heat the spa and a source of secondary heat that is provided by a wood burning furnace in the back yard, sending heated water in to provide low/no cost heat, which heats the tile floors and baseboard heat. They thought of everything, a shower in the mud/laundry room so you don't even have to bring dirt into the house. Poured concrete foundation, copper pipes, solid oak stairs, outside air fireplace with forced air heat, pass thru trash to the garage from the kitchen, walk in pantry and butler's pantry...the list goes on.
