Live in a hi-end condo with views, gym and outdoor space. This classy Alcove Studio is located in Leighton House, a fabulous F/S luxury building on the UES. Beginning with the greeting from the doorman, walking through the serene lobby and on past the concierge to the elevators, you will feel at home before you even enter the apartment. When you first enter the apartment you will immediately notice the beautiful herringbone wood floors and 2 large windows with bright, open and expansive northern city views. The pass-thru kitchen has lots of counters and storage space. On the other end of the pass-thru is the dining area, leading to a spacious living room. There is a dressing area past the sleep alcove. The building has a sitting garden health club, doorman and concierge. Sorry, No Pets and No Smokers.  More Less
