A great Weaverville location and great neighborhood. You may not have noticed this home tucked back off the street, but it is definitely worth a look now. This older home is all electric, has been well kept, and has plenty of amenities. This property is "packaged" to include 2 parcels: the .28 acres with 2bd-1bth home & attached carport, detached 2 car garage with carport AND the adjoining .86 acre parcel located behind that is buildable, beautiful, and already has sewer hookup.
