Neighborhood: Kingfield

Zillow predicts Kingfield home values will decrease 0.5% next year, compared to a 2.1% fall for Minneapolis as a whole. Among Kingfield homes, this home is valued 12.4% more than the midpoint (median) home, but is valued 32.8% less per square foot.

Foreclosures will be a factor impacting home values in the next several years. In Kingfield, the number of foreclosures waiting to be sold is 35.6% lower than in Minneapolis, and 117.1% higher than the national average. This lower local number could help Kingfield home values rise more quickly than other regions in Minneapolis.
