What I love about the home
Very bright from natural light. Large outdoor entertainment space, including privately owned hot tub. Easy maintenance of home. Open living room, but kitchen off to side, so dirty dishes not on display. Lots of storage, for wine, too. Full size laundry room on top floor (where the laundry is!). Great community of neighbors. Close to city. Biking is a breeze to downtown, Ballard and Fremont. Walk to Fisherman's Terminal, the Locks, restaurants, bars, grocery store and more. Bus lines close by.
