My Notes

The perfect location -- a quiet and beautiful tree-lined street in Arlington's best neighborhood -- Country Club Hills. The house lies just blocks from Washington Golf and Country Club, minutes from Georgetown over the Chain Bridge and makes for a short--ideal--commute to downtown DC or Tysons in minutes. Then add one of the best lots in the neighborhood, with the home elegantly seated at the top of a small hill, but with the perfect, flat, spacious back yard. It may be the best yard in the neighborhood with a completely new stone patio with enough space to entertain over a hundred guests or to relax with intimate gatherings of your closest friends. It extends to a beautiful grassy yard with absolute privacy and security for children to play undisturbed. Neither this "zestimate" nor the county data reflect the extensive expansion and complete renovation of the home. It was recently completely renovated and greatly expanded and is now like brand new construction with luxury high end finishes. The renovation and expansion project cost in excess of $1.25M and the home appraised far in excess of the listing price at the completion of the renovations.
