What I love about the home
Awesome neighborhood with great neighbors and awesome "First Fridays" events!. Remarkably quiet, calming location. Bike lanes/paths! Super convenient to downtown (via Pershing Drive) to expedite commutes. A Car2Go District for easy commuted to Downtown/Gaslamp. Just a few blocks walk to MANY restaurants and nightlife. Farmers market closeby. Bird Park summer concert series 6 blocks away. Convenient to all shopping (hardware, grocery, etc.). A wonderfully livable neighborhood and comfortable, well-built house.
