We are packed !!! Make us a off on this home full of NEW renovations, including sidewalk 8/13,roof 2/09,2 new furnace's and ducting 3/12 ,2 new hwt 3/12, updated plumbing and electrical including panels 3/12,16 windows 10/10, 16x20 deck added 10/12, 10x20x10 storage shed build 10/12, enclosed back porch with patio doors 10/12,fully insulated 3/13, dn kit and bath remodeled 2010, newer Elec. stove included possibly the fridge too in dn unit, and newer fridge in up unit included.. Live in one unit and rent the other, live for free !!!!! Or let this house pay for itself and MAKE YOU MONEY !!!! This home has great bones and guts, just needs a little makeup!!!

Daisy ave. have one too............Close to churches, Fulton rd community and St. Rocco's .........................GREAT Place to live!!!!!! Wouldnt move if we didnt have too, for health reasons.................
