This property encompasses a 1920's triplex and a mid 1980's fourplex. Efforts have been made to preserve the vintage quality of the triplex building and the apartments in it - including this one. Each apartment has arched and sculpted ceilings in the living rooms and mahogany trim throughout. Both buildings have on-site shared laundry machines and street parking.
