Back on market! A move-in-ready, single family home in park-like Rio Del Sol. From the moment you drive through the guard-gate and the tree-lined entry, you can tell this is a special community. Sidewalks on the main street in the Casa Grande section, clear mountain views, nice winding roads. And the house. Large ceramic tile through the house with the exception of two bedrooms which are carpeted. The kitchen has been redone, with a granite slab counter, custom, hand-built cabinets, and newer appliances. The bathrooms have also been upgraded, with granite slab counter there too, and walk-in showers.
