Waterfront on West Reservoir, on the "Main Chain" of lakes in the Portage Lakes State Park System. Level lot with plenty of parking, this a quiet area protected from the noise and prop wash that some areas experience. Terrific "big water" views from just about every room. Wonderful kitchen with high end cabinets and a pantry. Move-in ready, with double vanity sinks, a whirlpool tub and a new skylight in the upstairs full bath. Half bath on the first floor and another full bath on the lower (lake) level. Carport next to the attached 2 car garage. Newer furnace and A/C (2010). All new outside lighting including the dock lights. The large walk-out patio is only 35 feet from the very large dock. Furniture and the new washer and dryer are negotiable. What I love about the home

This home provides the best that the Portage Lakes State Park system offers. A "big water" view, plenty of parking, a level lot and shade in the afternoon! This part of the West Reservoir is quiet and out of the traffic lanes but still close to all the activities. 85 feet of lake frontage provides room for parking your own and your guests' boats on your own dock and on the wood deck at the lake's edge. A covered patio is on the lake level, and a concrete drive and parking area along with the attatched 2 car garage and 2 car carport provides more parking than most lakefront properties do.
