Whispering Pines is tucked away in the center of the neighborhood close to malls, great schools, hospitals, the airport, and a short drive to Pensacola Beach. This brick home is nestled between two large (5 acre) city parks, East Gate Park and Belvedere Park. Your kitchen window overlooks the crystal clear pool, with gazebo for shade and large deck for sunning in the day or grilling anytime. This home has been meticulously maintained by the original owner and the pride of ownerships shows. The most recent updates include new wiring in 2012, Fabric Shield hurricane protection added since 2005, as well as a new roof with appropriate roof tie downs that offer the current owner insurance discounts.
