Tudor Revival historic residences built in 1891 by Ernest Coxhead, is one of the Peninsula's most historic residences. When it was purchased in 1991, the owners updated it, starting with the kitchen and electrical system. Being careful to stay true to the original designs, they sustained most of the house.
