Neighborhood Description
This is a private gate-guarded community by the beach. Access to the beach is therefore limited to residents and guests. The beach is pristene and only accessible by sea or our main entrance. There is no public access by foot due to the rocky cliffs ringing the beach. Originally subdivided in the 1930's, the neighborhood maintains much of the original charm and intimacy it has always had. Three Arch Bay also has a strong family orientation with summer activities for children, private 4th of July fireworks each year, the famous Labor Day Games for children and families, and social events for adults.
 
What I love about the home
This home is in a tranquil, private, gate guarded neighborhood on the ocean side of Pacific Coast highway in Laguna Beach. We live just across the street from the community park and clubhouse that includes 2 tennis courts, tot lot, basketball court and picnic/party area. It's also the site for the school bus stop-very convenient for the kids in the morning. The beach is pristene and very private as there is no public access to it due the nature of the local coastline topography. Fourth of July fireworks and Labor Day Weekend festivities are decades old traditions in Three Arch Bay.
