My Notes

One of Texas Hill Country's most unique residences, this 4,790 square foot contemporary home sits on 1.72 acres in the private and prestigious neighborhood of Glenlake.
Driving through the gated-entry, one is impressed by the home's architectural design and lushly landscaped corner lot. What I love about the home

Glenlake is a quiet, hill country neighborhood of highly customized homes that speak well of Austin's successful business climate. Only a 20-minute drive from Austin, the neighborhood reflects a wide variety of architectural home styles landscaped with oaks and junipers. Established in 1953, Glenlake offers a unique slice of Austin charm. Traditional ranch houses mixed with palatial estates sit on 1 to 5 acre lots with wild grasses, native shrubs and panoramic vistas. Exclusive yet friendly, the neighborhood's homeowner association makes an effort to welcome each new family to the near 200 households that make up this private community. Students attend Leander Independent School District's River Place Elementary School, Four Points Middle School and Vandegrift High School. The Texas Education Agency gave both elementary and middle schools the rating of "Exemplary" and the high school "Recognized" making this a highly desirable location for residents with school-age children. Outdoors enthusiasts love the close proximity to one of Austin's largest parks, Emma Long Metropolitan Park, which sits adjacent to the Glenlake neighborhood.
