Welcome to 3703 Dunbarton Drive, nestled in the heart of Brookwood Forest in Mountain Brook, AL. Built in 1957, this house has been lovingly maintained and updated throughout the years. Our family of four has truly enjoyed living here for nearly four years, but we need to sell now due to job relocation.
Located less than 2 miles away from Brookwood Forest Elementary School, and approximately 3 miles from Mountain Brook High School, this is the perfect family home. Feel free to email us with any questions, or call to make an appointment to come see us! We prefer showings after five p.m. so both of us can be available to answer any or all of your questions. What I love about the home

Walking distance to recreation and shopping at Overton Park (0.8 mi), Overton Village (1.0 mi) and Cahaba Village (1.6 mi). Close by shopping includes Whole Foods, Wine Loft, Maki Fresh and Mountain High Outfitters at Cahaba Village. At Overton Village, you will find Publix, Magic Muffin, Blockbuster and Overton&Vine Wine and Spirits . The Summit is a 10 minute drive through Cahaba Heights (2.0 mi).
