Available June 1st, 2014. We can show the house this coming Friday between 1-3 pm. You're more than welcome to do a drive by first.1,500 sqft 4BDR 1.5 BATH rambler ~ 1-story house located in North Seattle (everything is level from the street except 6 inches step when you enter the house, in case you have mobility issue). Big fenced-in backyard in great location. 1,500 house does not include 200 sqft of workshop/ storage area, total area is actually 1,700 sqft. Lot size almost 6,500 sqft to provide ample area for gardening/children playing/barbecuing/other outside activities. 2 car driveway. Landscaped front yard. The yard is mostly fenced in for privacy and security for your family. Small part of the backyard is laid out with concrete, perfect for racketball or badminton. The main attraction of the house is the 2 skylights, you don't need much lighting during the day especially in the summer. One skylight at the center of living room, the other one at entrance room next to kitchen. Entrance area branches out to living room and kitchen. 2 medium bedrooms and 2 bigger size bedrooms, all branching out from the hallway. Newer double-pane windows, and roof, all installed not long ago. Forced-air heat. New insulations to save on heating costs.The interior pictures shown on the ads were taken a few years ago, while owner still lived there. Paint colors had been updated to different colors. Current tenants are still living there, so interior condition do not look like the pictures, although you get the idea. Pictures of the sidewalk and driveway are most current (City of Seattle recently did street/sidewalk improvement project), front/back yards are mixed of most current and last year. We recently had the entire yards (front and back) cleaned up entirely. There's option to have a landscaper mows your yard (with additional fee on top of monthly rent) during spring and summer.Close to Nathan McHale High School, Eckstein Middle School, and Wedgwood. Close to shopping areas: groceries (Fred Mayer, Bartell), restaurants, banks, etc. Only takes minutes to freeway access (1 - 3 miles depending what route you take)or downtown Seattle (not considering traffic). Very easy bus access. There's a bus stop for # 75 at the corner of 125th and 39th, a few houses up from the property. There is another line of Seattle bus runs in front of the house, though I don't remember which bus #.We are looking for responsible tenants, hoping for couple or small family (or roommates in case-by-case situation), who will treat this house as their own property and preferably stay long-term. Initially the property was the owner's primary residence. Available for occupancy in a couple weeks. Call 206-349-2458 for appointment.1 year lease renewable month to month. Rental application and full credit check required prior to lease signing. First month rent and security deposit required before move-in. Pets (cat or small dog) will be considered with extra security deposit ($375/cat or $600/dog).Rental application fee $35/adult for local applicants or $40/adult for out-of-state applicants.
