What I love about the home

This is a 2 family duplex town houses. Each unit is a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom with separate utilities and a separate basement (they are side by side and share a common wall). Rent roll: Unit 1 - $875/month Unit 2 - $875/month ******Gross rent - $1,750/month!!******* Annual gross rent = $ 21,000 Mortgage - $500/month assuming $15,000 down payment. Tenants pay their own utilities except water. No deferred maintenance. New roof 3 years ago. Completely rehabbed 3 years ago.
