This private bedroom is the master suite of a two bedroom, two-bathroom apartment, including a private bathroom, two large closets, and a view of a nature area. The apartment building is quiet, you will have your own garaged parking spot, and there is a washer/dryer in-unit. The common area has a vaulted ceiling, attractive wood-laminate flooring, and access to a balcony which also faces the nature area. The kitchen and bathroom have upscale features, including stone counter-tops, gas range, and stone tiles. In the building, there is unit that has been converted to a mini-gym with cardio and resistance equipment. Total square footage is about 1035.
It's a 15 minute drive to SFO airport. BART is a 10 minute drive. There is a bus that can get you to BART, but that said, having a car here is highly recommended. The freeway I-280 is a 5-minute drive from here. Driving from the apartment to downtown San Francisco is about 20 minutes.
My roommate had to leave mid-lease, so I am looking for someone ASAP. The total rent for the apartment is $3000 so it is an even split. Because the room available is significantly larger, we balance the arrangement by my having a workstation in the common area, with my TV. The common area is shared, but if one of us needs to talk on the phone, watch TV, etc., I do that in the common area and you do it in your room.
I'm a 33 year old male, and I work in web development and am also a free-lance musician. I like to keep the kitchen and common area clean. I am easy-going, and enjoy a friendly dynamic with a roommate. That said, if you like to keep to yourself, that works too!
No smoking in the building. No pets of any kind. Please let me know a little about yourself.
Tenants split utilities- Gas, electric, Comcast internet, water. Current lease runs through Sept. 30, 2015 and becomes month to month.
