Sellers have been non-smokers and pet-free for entire 12 years they've owned.This house has not been a rental.Beautiful landscaping in private, garden-like backyard includes fruit trees and berry bushes. Walkable & bikeable neighborhood near grocery, banks, restaurants, and desirable schools (Viola Gibson, Harding, Kennedy). Spacious vaulted sunroom sets inside apart from other ranch homes & the organic orchard + berries set the outside apart. 3 BR /2 bath. Possible 4th conforming BR could be built in basement next to downstairs bathroom. Sun room w/vaulted ceiling & wood burning stove. Spacious deck faces garden like, private and fully fenced backyard.
