Neighborhood Description
This neighborhood is right in the middle of everything without the normal problems of being right in the middle. Although Culver City has become so popular on weekends that parking in the public parking lots is difficult to find. . . . you can just go directly from your home without worrying about all that. People in the building sometimes call Culver City their "living room" because it has such nice areas to entertain guests and enjoy yourself. The building is about 2 blocks from Trader Joe's, Albertson's, Starbucks, Office Max, etc. . . . and all the great offerings in Culver City. Best of all, though, the street has relatively little traffic because the nearby streets carry through-traffic and people don't generally turn onto Canfield unless they mean to go there. Seriously, you can't even turn left onto Canfield from eastbound Venice Blvd. . . . so, people use other streets, leaving us to enjoy our tree-lined street and have easy access to services.

Close to downtown Culver City. Great location. Nice intimate Homeowner's Association.
