My Notes

This country home has a cabin look interior and a year round vacation feel. This property is located just 2 miles West of Langley,OK, it is located approximately 2 miles to Grand Lake and very close to Neosho River. The close proximity to Interstate 44 makes this home an easy getaway from the Tulsa area. It sits on 13 more or less acres and is to be determined by survey.The home is approximately 1200 sq. ft. and has central air and heat. It has a crawl space, vinyl siding and metal roof. The porch is the full width of the home and overlooks the meadow and the massive pecan trees. The meadow was just mowed and yielded about 200 square bales.The home is all electric. However, there is a propane wall mounted heat source for use just in case of an electric outage. It is rarely used. If the owners prefer, they use their wood stove. The fire in the stove can be easily seen through the glass door and it is located in one of the living rooms. The walls in this room are painted and the floor is carpet. This room is cozy and is approximately 22 x 16. The kitchen is open to this living area. The kitchen is easy to get around in, has a dishwasher and a kitchen bar that seats three. You can see who is coming to visit from the kitchen window view.The entry door from the country porch opens up into the other living room and the dining room that is adjacent. Both rooms (about 32 x 12 total) have knotty pine throughout. The owner has his hunting trophy mounted in this living area. What a nice cabin feel.The bedroom is approximately 22 x 16 and has a walk-in closet approximately 16 x 9. The bath has an extra large shower with glass doors and natural sunlight comes in from the window in this room.The 13 acres more or less is very nice, well maintained, has a freshly tilled garden area, and very accessible. The roads are paved. There is an RV electrical hook up some distance from the home, water and septic.The carport is approximately 18 x 21 and currently is used for pontoon boat storage and the owner's vehicle. The above ground pool is about 5 years old with a very nice wood deck. It is also very well maintained. It is about 27 feet in diameter and about 4 and one half feet deep and it is round.Oh, and don't forget the shop and RV storage! This shop is approximately 40 x 40 and the RV storage is extra tall. The exterior is metal. The shop has a wood stove, water spigot inside and a 1/2 bath. The RV storage roof is metal.Driving Directions: From Highway 82 in Langley, Oklahoma, take Highway 28 West and go 2.2 miles. Turn right on to N444 Road and go 1/2 mile. The property is on the left.
