Walking greenbelt is 7 houses away to Little Dry Creek close to neighborhood pool, and pond. Within walking distance to new urban mall 'Streets of Southglen". No smoking or drugs please. Tenant will pay their share of all utilities, internet and homeowners fees for neighborhood ammenities for about $150 dollars (for 1-2 people) more a month. $40 credit and criminal check.
**Pets considered on a case by case basis with extra deposit and extra monthly.
