Close to Studios, Hollywood and Burbank. 80 stairs take you from the two car garage at street level to this modern hideaway -- Sensible shoes and a sense of adventure are recommended.

What I love about the home

Privacy, quiet, deer wander through the yard, great views from the porch, no need for the central AC because the breeze blows through the house, feels like a treehouse at the top of the hill.
