Super cute CA bungalow house located only few blocks from Adams Avenue's great restaurants, coffee houses and shops. It can't decide if it wants to be a Kensington or Normal Heights house, it's close to both!Hard wood flooring throughout, vintage kitchen, original built-ins, new central heating, window A/C, window coverings, great fenced yard with grass in both front and back, one car garage with new automatic door.
