This spacious 1,830 sq. ft. beautifully renovated home was built in the 1950's but has had extensive remodeling and a portion of it was added (22' x 24') in 1985. There is crawl space under the addition and a concrete basement under the original portion of the home that is dry and houses the furnace and the mechanical elements. The home has mostly new triple pane vinyl clad windows and new exterior doors and there was additional insulation put under the new vinyl siding in 2008 and additional insulation blown into the attic to make this home very energy efficient. The shingles were replaced in 2008 as well. The plumbing and electrical were updated in 2008. The septic system was replaced in 2000.It has a very spacious main floor which consists of the kitchen, dining room, living room, 2 baths, 2 bedrooms, office, laundry and entry. The kitchen has beautiful custom built oak cabinets, Corian style countertops new in 2008, and all newer appliances that are included. The two main floor baths were updated and renovated in 2008 and include Corian style countertops and ceramic tile flooring. The living room, two bedrooms and hall have refinished original hardwood floors. The home has recessed lighting throughout (upstairs and main floor) which was new in 2008. The upstairs has a large master suite which includes a bedroom with newer carpet and bath with ceramic tile and jet tub new in 2008-2009.It has an electric forced air furnace and central air conditioning. Two 50 gallon water heaters and a water softener were new in 2004.The outbuildings consist of a 30' x 40' garage/shop that was built in the mid 1980's. It has a full concrete floor, maintenance free metal construction, and has 2 doors on the south end and one large overhead door on the west side. There is also a 16' x 24' wood frame building which has been renovated and completely remodeled with new metal siding put on in 2006. It has a new walk-in door; with electric power to it, and has a wood floor. The farmstead is serviced by a well on an aquifer that is approximately 18 ft. deep with a submersible pump and is an adequate and dependable water supply for domestic use. The well and the septic systems were inspected and tested in the fall of 2006.If you are a hunter or have hunting interests, this is your paradise on earth. The wildlife is abundant and undisturbed in this area.
