Single level condo on 2nd level (top level) of building. Spacious living area with brand new carpeting throughout and in bedrooms. New laminate flooring in dining room and breakfast nook. New tile in kitchen. Newer appliances in kitchen. New roof in 2007. Large deck located off dining room/living room with 2nd deck off master bedroom. Excellent view of well kept lawns and woods, very private location.
Neighborhood Description
This home is located in Castle Hill Condominium, which is directly off of Rt. 122 (Main St.) in Blackstone, MA. On Main St. there is the convenience of CVS, supermarket, gas stations and other small establishments within walking distance. However, the community itself is quite removed from the hustle and bustle of Main St. with a 1/2 mi. long drive down Castle Hill Way. The community is quiet, and very safe. 

What I love about the home

We love the size of our living room and bedrooms. There is plenty of room for entertaining guests and plenty of parking available. The community is quiet, and in general, very safe. The grounds are very well kept.
